Bold is Better!

Let me get something straight...
Bobbi Brown is Actually a genius. It's True.
For any of you dear readers that do not know Bobbi, Let me introduce you...
Bobbi Brown is an internationally renowned Make Up Artist, bestselling author, and the founder of one of the most successful cosmetic lines and eyewear. Her cosmetics and skin products are cult favourites all around the world. Not bad.

I recently ordered one of her books, 'Everything Eyes' and this really inspired me to be even more venturous with my eye make-up (I say 'even more' as I already wear Light Blue mascara and shimmery green liner #Guilty)

I highly recommend this book to ANYONE that enjoys makeup, beginner or pro. This book takes you right back to basics but also teaches you new tricks a the same time! ps, It also won't burst the bank...

So without further ado, let me show you some bold and wonderful products that are fantastic value for money. I have included a mix of eyes and lips for you guys ,
Oh ,I treat you well...

First I want to tell you guys about this great eyeliner I bought from M.A.C recently!
I rarely go for black/brown liner because I think blues or greens suit my eye colour way better.
This is in the shade 'Ocean Liner' and looks a metallic/shimmer Navy colour when applied -Gorgeous!
I got mine from duty free, but you can pick one up here maccosmetics.com ,£14.50

Ok,so I am loving an app called 'Depop' at the moment. My friend introduced me t it and I was thinking 'this is totally a scam' but recently I  have loved using it, you can buy anything from makeup to vintage clothing ,accsesories, bags you name it! When I was I Montpellier (Read My Post About It!), I was dying to wear a super bold colour, but had only brought with me a subtle gloss. I decided it was about time to get myself a dark but bold, statement red.I searched on Depop for a discounted price, and I found this soft matte lip crème by nyx cosmetics, half the price it usually is -woohoo! and totally unused. I ordered it in the shade 'Monte Carlo' (how cool is it that all the shades are named after cities!?)and came practically next day. This liquid lipstick is full of pigment.one swipe and your lips are loaded with colour, I strongly advise that you pick it up here nyxcosmetics.com ,£6

Although most well known for wonderful skincare, the body shop does a petty impressive makeup range too, just like this lovely eyeliner. It is easy to apply and really lifts your eyes and brightens! and anyway, you can't go wrong with a bit of glitter...  thebodyshop.com , £9

This is my beloved kiko single eyeshadow, which I also use as a highlighter when applied lightly. I usually apply all over the lid for a statement/girly look. The pigment is fantastic and at such an affordable price, you can't really go wrong if I'm honest! This lovely shade is called pearly azalea
kikocosmetics.com £1.75 (I was being serious when I said it was cheap!)

This is a better picture of the 'Everything Eyes' book that I have used as my background-along with bright and bold ribbons of course.. BobbiBrown.com ,£10.99
I hope you all enjoyed this post. I enjoyed taking the photos because they usually look terrible when I try, but I think they turned out OK -let me know in the comments what you think!
